The new Suzuki RMX450Z off-roader is one heck of a bike! Closely based on the Supercross winning RM-Z450 motocrosser but retuned and refined in order to conquer the trails instead of the track.
The fuel-injected machine has the perfect mix of power and traction in any conceivable condition. Crisp throttle response is also automatically maintained at altitudes that would humble a carbureted machine. A side benefit of the EFI technology is much improved fuel mileage over the carbureted models of the past. The resultant increase in efficiency means a smaller tank will yield longer range, but for those who need more IMS is proud to introduce an extended range fuel tank for this great new motorcycle.
The new IMS Products RMX450Z fuel tank has been designed to provide riders a higher fuel capacity without compromising the natural feel of the bike as you ride. The 2.6-gallon IMS tank features 63% more fuel capacity which will put you in the 65-85 mile range depending on how hard you ride and the terrain conditions.
These beautifully sculpted tanks are available in natural, black and white color options. The tanks come with complete, easy to use instructions, and are a simple bolt-on installation. No modifications or re-routing of wires or cables is needed.
The new IMS RMX450Z tanks come with a standard no-leak heavy duty screw cap, or an optional IMS dry break system. IMS's dry break is compatible with IMS quick re-fill systems that includes special dry break re-fill tanks, re-fill tank stands, and all the parts and accessories needed for a blazing fast pit stop. Call IMS for details.
Of course as always, IMS goes the extra step in designing their tanks. IMS tanks are ergonomically designed to better to enable riders to move around on the bike and maintain control at all times. IMS is the leader in fuel delivery systems -- after all, IMS designers ride or race every weekend. IMS has years of experience designing fuel delivery systems for the basic trail rider to the highest levels of competition.
RMX450Z tanks are available right now from your local dealer or directly from IMS Products website at imsproducts.com. MSRP is $274.95.
