As a teenager I had the honor of being able to ride the Catalina Scrambler version of the Gold Star as well as most other brands and models because my dad had a dealership. I can testify to the fact that the Gold Star was the best handling, best running, best sounding, most fun to ride bike of all, both the street and in dirt. It was just magic!
