I had mine up to an indicated 155km/hr, I pretty much was lying on the tank, elbows in. I had a straight away that I could see for miles. I was suprised to see the speedo reading that speed as I have heard it is quite scary at 160km/hr. I would not do that too much....

The bike does put your right hand to sleep if kept at 120-130km/hr at about 4400rpm(still have stock 15/39 gearing). I recommend varying between 5th and 6th gear. On most up hills or crest, I was down shifting down to 4th, so i could keep the rpm between 4500 to 5000rpm. Bike doesn't like dropping below 4000rpm, it will protest in a way of low frequency vibe, the rpm up and smooth.
