I recently purchased a Saxon and have had nothing but problems with the bike (faulty starter, faulty transmission, faulty body work, etc.). However, it’s the lack of customer service that compels me to warn anyone interested in purchasing a Saxon to reconsider. Each time I’ve had a problem with the bike in question; I’ve had to jump through hoops to get it corrected. Most recently, after the bike was serviced by an authorized Saxon service center for a faulty transmission (a warranted item), Saxon’s CEO Mr. Mark H. Borodkin refused to honor their warranty. The company all but refuses to stand by their product and is very hard to get a hold of. I’m currently seeking legal action against Saxon. I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau on Monday. If you are currently a Saxon owner, do yourself a favor and keep all records because you’re going to need them for court. If you’re not an owner, DON’T PURCHASE A SAXON! This company shouldn’t exist and with any luck will go under soon!
