Saxon has made many claims about how they are now a company with a quality product...bullshit. What's changed? Different owner same issues. These guys promised to clear up existing warranty issues from previous owner (at least that"s what the Rep said, ha ha. To this day I'm sure if you contact many dealers who dealt with Saxon you'd hear the same story. Oh you may be getting some payment if your still buying their product but don't expect the same if you stop. Now what do your customers do when you tell them there is no warranty??? The sooner they die off the better.
