Perfect timing for this article. Have been a touring rider for 36+ yrs. Am 64 yrs. old and had my lower legs and feet severly damaged a couple of years ago and now have problems at times holding a loaded bike in certain situations. I do long tours every year, and love riding. Can't afford a Tri-Glide, MP3 is to small for trips, so it would have to be the Spyder RT.
Your article has just made me think, do I give up the enjoyable challenge of two wheels,or go the extra wheel,or just quit !! It is a decision not one motorcyclist wants to make, as I can't.
