2012 KTM Motorcycle

Completely redone for 2012, the 500 EXC has a new chromoly frame to go along with its new engine.

Almost six pounds lighter than the previous 500 EXC, the engine has a lighter piston and connecting rod.

Fuel injection is employed to keep the 510cc motor humming. The suspension, front and rear, is provided by WP.

USD forks and a new PDS shock are employed; travel is just over 13 inches in the rear and a tad under a foot up front.The Euro version is shown here, without DOT accoutrements.
