Ducati 848 Streetfighter

To date, these are the only official photos of the 2012 Ducati Streetfighter 848, a motorcycle that's much anticipated.

The Italian motorcycle company released the above images of the yellow Street fighter, but the naked sportbike will also be featured in traditional Ducati red and a dark stealth, which is a matte-black finish.

The 11-degree 848 is the latest edition of the Streetfighter, which was first offered in the 2008 lineup, the bike arriving with a 155-horsepower 1098 L-Twin. It quickly gained recognition, and won the "Most Beautiful Bike" award at the EICMA in Milan.

Talking about the 2008 Street fighter, Ducati says "Its asphalt-ripping reputation became the desire of sport naked connoisseurs throughout the world and the Streetfighter 848 will now widen that appeal even further with enhanced usability."
