2012 AMA Superbike Prep
Although the 2012 AMA Pro Road Racing season is months away, the Michael Jordan Suzuki team is busy prepping the GSX-R 1000 race bikes.
AMA Pro Racing fans don't get to see much of this prep work, but thankfully the Jordan team released a video of some footage to entertain during the off season.
The video attached above shows one of the Jordan Suzuki builders/mechanics running Ben Bostrom's GSX-R 1000 on the dyno, cranking the rpm on the Gixxer.
For 2012, Jordan Suzuki will field two motorcycles in the AMA Superbike series: the No. 23 Suzuki that Bostrom will run, and the No. 54 National Army Guard Suzuki that will be piloted by Roger Lee Hayden, the younger brother of Tommy Hayden and Ducati MotoGP's Nicky Hayden.
In 2011 AMA Superbike, Bostrom finished fifth overall with 209 points, the Californian getting on the podium twice. Roger Hayden finished sixth overall with 202 points, also getting on the podium twice.
