Yamaha has unveiled its 2011 five-bike line of YZ racing motorcycles, a lineage that dates back 37 years.

The only model that is mechanically changed for 2011 is the YZ450F, the bike of choice for former Supercross and Motocross champion James Stewart.

The YZ450F gets a new clutch push rod lever, which Yamaha claims will result in a “more consistent fell over long motos.”

Also, the 2011 YZ450F’s fuel tank holds an additional 7 ounces of race gas, compared to last year. The YZ450F will have a MSRP of $8150.

The 2011 YZ250F motocross and supercross motorcycle returns unchanged, and will have a MSRP of $7150. Both the YZ450F and YZ250F come in Team Yamaha Blue/White as standard. For an additional $100, they can be had in White/Red.

Three two-strokes return for 2011, including the YZ250, YZ125 and, for youngsters and smaller riders, the YZ85.

All three two-strokes YZ are available in Team Yamaha Blue/White only. MSRPs are $7150 for the YZ250, $6250 for the YZ125, and $3850 for the YZ85.
