2011 KTM Motorcycle
Perhaps the most off-road oriented of the large adventure bikes, the 2011 KTM 990 Adventure R has a dirt bike simplicity that keeps its weight and width under control.
WP suspension is long travel-9.65 inches at both ends-so rugged single-track trails are not out of the question, especially if more aggressive aftermarket knobbies are installed.
On the road, the 999cc short-stroke motor is ready to rev and has more than enough power for any paved circumstance.
The rally-inspired 990 ergonomics and narrow seat focus on performance, rather than comfort for sedate riding.
