European Motorcycle Intro
The Saxon Whip is a real hard-tail high-necked chopper, handmade but with modern technology. A rebellious uncompromising bike especially for men with guts . The proto-type of the Whip was shown during the Hamburg Harley Days in Germany and the Custom Show Viva La Clusaz in France. "The visitors have received the Whip, during these shows, with great enthusiasm and therefore it is fantastic that we are able to launch it so quickly" says Frank Vermeulen owner of Saxon Motorcycles Europe.
The Whip is the fourth Saxon model in Europe. All European models have the European Type Approval. "We are pleased that we can expand our selection once more with a unique model" according to Frank Vermeulen, "all models have their own character, expression and feel. Like our other models the Whip can be custom build to the wishes of the buyer". "Due to efficiency, volume and a weak dollar we recently have lowered our prices on all models" adds Rinke Andringa, co-owner of Saxon Motorcycles Europe. "This gives us the opportunity to let more people experience the Saxon feeling". The Saxon Whip is from today available at our dealers in Europe.
Saxon also has expanded their dealer network with a new official dealer in Spain, Moto Innovación in Alicante. "A dealership in Spain was high on our list for a while now, so we are very happy that we can make a start here" explains Rinke Andringa. Saxon stands for power and quality, comfort and self expression. It is a custom built bike handmade in the professional factory in the USA and therefore fits the driver excellently. It is a beautiful product, that retains its value.
Making the choice to own a Saxon is a true form of self-expression. A motorcycle synonymous with style and abundant with charisma, that is an experience all on its own. Each Saxon represents an unmatched level of comfort, sophistication, and reliability, complete with a 2-year factory warranty. Saxon is the number 1 USA production custom motor in Europe.

Ok, I have read every post on this particular site regarding the Saxon Motorcycle Co. I’ve gotta slow down here a bit because this is one of those times that a topic comes up which makes you so angry, it’s easy to start rambling. I agree with EVERY negative post others have written as I have personally experienced each problem described by others (and then some). I unfortunately own a "2007" Saxon Warlord (purchased new from Saxon in the spring of "2008"). The bike cost me $25,500.00 which is relatively cheep considering it is a custom, or in this case, semi-custom chopper. But still, when you purchase ANYTHING for that kind of money you would at least expect it to run properly. Instead, I find myself two years later in the hole an additional $8,500.00. Since purchasing the bike from Saxon, I have had to replace the starter, rear fender (it began cracking on both sides), the left rear blinker, the primary cover (it also came with a crack), and most recently the transmission. The transmission alone cost me in access of $5,000.00 (including labor). I contacted Saxon (or should I say made in excess of 20 attempts to contact Saxon) to place a warranty claim for the transmission. Although Saxon never answered the phone, never returned my phone messages and never answered my many "e" mails (not once), the authorized service center (after also making numerous attempts to contact Saxon) had finally contacted their customer service department who authorized the work. Well after discovering the transmission was infact faulty, the company told the authorized service center to have me pay for the labor and Saxon would reimburse me once I sent the invoice to them to be processed. Now normally, I would be a bit concerned about paying for a warranted issue out of pocked but seeing as how that is exactly what I had to do eight months earlier to have the faulty starter replaced I felt relatively safe in doing so yet again. Well to make a rather long and very annoying story short (and over $5,000.00 later) Saxon wrote me a letter stating that they were not going to pay for the part or the labor because the management had changed and the new management wasn't responsible for what the company did when the warranty issue began. Now I've seen the many articles that others in the biker marketing world have written about Saxon (after Saxon wines and dines them) and I have seen all the videos regarding the quality work, quality parts, quality labor, and bla, bla, bla but I'm here to tell ya that although the Saxon bikes look cool as hell, they are very poorly made. Once more, the company will drop you like a hot rock the moment you pay them and ride off into the Saxon void of attempting to keep your new purchase on the road. Oh yea all the problems sited above were within two years of owning the bike and with less than 3,500 miles on it. In other words, I bought a bran new bike and it has been in the shop more than half it's life so far and at my expense. DO NOT PURCHASE A SAXON MOTORCYCLE NO MATTER WHAT THE COMPANY TELLS YOU!!! I am 44 years old and I have NEVER experienced such a company with this level of poor service. Additionally, the company is outright lying to you when they talk all the crap about their exceptional customer service and how their products are of such quality. There is simply not enough room here for me to list all the BAD things Saxon Motorcycle Co. and their product represent. Do yourself, your friends, your family and even your neighbors a huge favor and if you, or anyone you know, are in the market for a chopper, look else where. I wish I could tell you where to look but I haven’t had enough exposure or experience with other chopper companies to give you an honest and educated recommendation. All that I can tell you with all certainty and complete honesty is that Saxon SUCKS!!!
like all the above I bought a saxon sptere 2 years ago in reno nv. 2 years ago coil breaks about every 300 miles they will not warranty it can't find a dealer in ca. anymore. no dealers will have anything to do with them company sucks also they repainted rear fender now has little bubbles in the clearcoat.
Saxon has made many claims about how they are now a company with a quality product...bullshit. What's changed? Different owner same issues. These guys promised to clear up existing warranty issues from previous owner (at least that"s what the Rep said, ha ha. To this day I'm sure if you contact many dealers who dealt with Saxon you'd hear the same story. Oh you may be getting some payment if your still buying their product but don't expect the same if you stop. Now what do your customers do when you tell them there is no warranty??? The sooner they die off the better.
I agree Saxon Motorcycles are nothing but heartache and problems. If you own one get use to it being in the shop more than on the road. They have very little if any customer service or any response for that matter. Dealers can't fix em cause they can't get parts and when they do they don't get paid warranty so customer again pays the price. My advise "STAY AWAY" and hopefully they'll follow those who apparently offered the same and are no longer around. If your a dealer outside the US no that you've been warned these guys DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCT and our only happy to sell their issues to you!!!!
I recently purchased a Saxon and have had nothing but problems with the bike (faulty starter, faulty transmission, faulty body work, etc.). However, it’s the lack of customer service that compels me to warn anyone interested in purchasing a Saxon to reconsider. Each time I’ve had a problem with the bike in question; I’ve had to jump through hoops to get it corrected. Most recently, after the bike was serviced by an authorized Saxon service center for a faulty transmission (a warranted item), Saxon’s CEO Mr. Mark H. Borodkin refused to honor their warranty. The company all but refuses to stand by their product and is very hard to get a hold of. I’m currently seeking legal action against Saxon. I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau on Monday. If you are currently a Saxon owner, do yourself a favor and keep all records because you’re going to need them for court. If you’re not an owner, DON’T PURCHASE A SAXON! This company shouldn’t exist and with any luck will go under soon!
