Days before Ben Spies takes the world stage in the opening round of 2010 MotoGP racing season on the Tech3 Yamaha M1, OnTheThrottle.TV releases an interview from former Yoshimura Suzuki teammate Mat Mladin. This is an excerpt from the Original Series, Mat Mladin: Inside with the Champ Episode 13.
As a rookie, Ben Spies won last year's World Superbike Championship (WSBK) over Nori Haga on the Ducati before making his racing move to MotoGP alongside fellow American Colin Edwards. Spies now faces the likes of Valentino Rossi (Fiat Yamaha M1), Jorge Lorenzo (Fiat Yamaha M1), Casey Stoner (Ducati GP10), Nicky Hayden (Ducati GP10) and Dani Pederosa (Repsol Honda RC212V).
