VFR1200F Manufacturing

Kumamoto, the mother ship of Honda motorcycle factories, is the birthplace of the new 2010 Honda VFR1200F and the factory is one of the most modern and environmentally friendly plants in the world. The exciting new VFR1200, with optional dual clutch transmission, is one of the most technically advanced motorcycles ever built.

You can watch the first day of production as the VF1200F is being assembled at Kumamoto. The fascinating production line is 130 meters long and it has the capacity to produce one new motorcycle every 90 seconds. This video explains the motorcycle manufacturing process.
