Carmelo Morales, twice champion of Spain Extreme and two-time Superstock European champion, had the ride of his life while replacing the injured Axel Pons in the Moto2 GP race in Catalunya last weekend.
Carmelo Morales ran into the back of American Kenny Noyes, causing Morales to crash in a frightening fall.
Fortunately, Morales, who was taken to the race circuit medic, suffering only bruises on the shoulder and left elbow from the accident.
