Lauren Vickers

The 2010 MotoGP racing season has been and an up and down year for the LCR Honda Team, Randy De Puniet and their spokesmodel Lauren Vickers.

First, Lauren Vickers scored a contract to work with the Honda MotoGP team before the racing season started. Next, she relocated from Sydney, Australia to her new base in Barcelona, Spain in order to travel with the team. Not only has she lit up the LCR Honda paddock with charm and smile, but she also won the heart of Randy De Puniet, who later broke his leg in a mid-season motorcycle racing accident.

It must have been partially Vickers' energy that helped the LCR Honda MotoGP rider returned to racing just 23 days after undergoing surgery, to repair a broken leg suffered, in the Grand Prix of Germany on July 19, 2010.

Well, Vickers is a Best Model Australia winner and she picked up the Best in Swimsuit award at the Best Model of the World Finals in Turkey. At 23, Vickers has already been modeling for over of 12 years. Apparently, she was discovered when she was only 11 years old in Kirribilli, which is part of New South Wales in Australia.

Vickers started in Fashion, Editorial, and Runway when she was at that very young age and later branched out into different styles of modeling including Commercial, Beauty, Glamor, Calendars, and Artistic Nudes (you will have to ask Randy if this is still OK).

Entering MotoGP, Vickers was revved to travel the world modeling and working with the LCR Honda Team. During the motorcycle-racing season she has been happy to shoot early in the morning or later into the evening, always bring a sunny attitude and giving 100%.
