Bike Tour

MotoQuest offers an unforgettable adventure motorcycle ride through Alaska, the Yukon, and British Columbia. Motorcyclists on the trip will visit Dawson City, Skagway, Haines and ride the Denali Highway.

See the tallest mountains on the continent, and join in on the "Dust 2 Dawson" adventure rider gathering. This motorbike tour showcases the best of Alaska and Northwest Canada and offers the option of riding a Kawasaki KLR, BMW GS or Suzuki V-Strom touring bike.

Day 1: Arrival Day

MotoQuest Tours is available for airport pick-up. Enjoy a Welcome Dinner at one of Alaska's premier restaurants. Accommodations tonight are included in the package.

Day 2: Anchorage to Tok - 328 miles paved

Bike pick-up and ride the Glenn Highway, a National Forest Scenic Byway (considered to be one of the top 10 scenic rides in North America). Ride past Matanuska Glacier, Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Mentasta Mountains. Stay in Tok.

Day 3: Tok to Dawson City - 200 miles (150 paved, 50 dirt)

Ride the epic "Top of the World Highway" to Dawson. Stop and check-out the quaint gold mining town of Chicken. For those who would like some extra riding, discover the town of Eagle, on the Yukon River. Stay in Dawson City.

Day 4: Spend the day enjoying the "Dust 2 Dawson" motorcycle gathering!

The streets will be full of bikes and activities! Try your hand at the slow race or the poker race. Walk the streets of Dawson City and marvel at a town taken over with motorcycles!! Or, just relax and do your own thing...Dawson City is a historical town built on the dreams of gold. Check out the saloons and the casino. Stay in Dawson City.

Day 5: Dawson City to Whitehorse - 330 miles paved

Ride from one gold rush town to another in the mighty Yukon Territory! Stay in Whitehorse.

Day 6: Whitehorse to Skagway - 150 miles paved

Ride the spectacular White Pass into Skagway, Alaska. Explore Skagway for half the day. Stay in Skagway.
Day 7: Skagway to Haines (up to 100 miles of paved riding)

Board the ferry in Skagway and enjoy a couple of hours of spectacular coastal scenery before you arrive in the town of Haines, Alaska. Spend the afternoon exploring the town and surrounding areas on your bike. Or, take a flight-see of world famous Glacier Bay National Park. Stay in Haines.

Day 8: Haines to Tok - 450 miles paved

Enjoy mountain scenery and glaciers as you climb out of Haines and enter British Colombia, Canada. Contemplate this vast wilderness as you pass by Kluane National Park in British Columbia. Enter Alaska one more time, and stay in Tok, Alaska.

Day 9: Tok to Paxson - 220 miles paved

Ride through the Alaska Range at Isabel Pass. Stay on the Denali Highway near Paxson.

Day 10: Paxson to Cantwell 200 miles (100 dirt, 100 paved)

Ride the incredible Denali Highway as it parallels the Alaska Range. Explore the first 20 miles into Denali National Park. Stay in Cantwell.

Day 11: Cantwell to Anchorage - 250 miles (40 dirt, 210 paved)

Ride through Broad Pass of the Alaska Range and Hatcher Pass of the Talkeetna Range as you make your way back to Anchorage. In Anchorage you're sure to enjoy the farewell party at our shop this evening. A catered dinner and hotel room within walking distance are also included for the night.

Day 12: Fly home
