Big Dog Motorcycles announced today the appointment of several management promotions. To better serve its customer base of over 70 U.S. dealers, and rapidly expanding dealer network in international markets, Matt Moore has been promoted to the new position of Director of Sales. Michaell Simmons has been promoted to Director of Supply Chain management, and Shane Doty has been promoted to Director of Technical Support.

Sheldon Coleman, Big Dog's CEO, stated, "I am excited to promote and fully support the internal advancement of our dedicated employees. Our leadership staff is very strong. These individuals bring many years of experience in their fields and are the right people to provide the best possible service to our valuable customers and suppliers."

Matt Moore started with Big Dog Motorcycles in 2005 as an outside Sales Representative. His role has now expanded to include the management of both domestic and international sales activities in addition to the development and implementation of new sales initiatives.

In his new position, Mr. Moore will be a fundamental contributor to new product design and styling and will work with the management team to assist with production scheduling and forecasting to meet Big Dog Motorcycles customer's needs.

Michaell Simmons came to Big Dog Motorcycles with ten years of purchasing experience in the aerospace industry. Since his start with the company in 2006, he has remained an integral part of the Big Dog Motorcycles management team through his activities in procurement, sourcing and supplier management.

In his new role, Mr. Simmons will continue to manage the company's supplier base to guarantee quality parts and fair pricing, along with negotiating supplier contracts and overseeing production scheduling.

Shane Doty brings to his new position sixteen years of mechanical experience. With six years of Big Dog Motorcycles technical expertise he is able to provide support to our dealer and service centers.

In his new role, Mr. Doty will manage the local Big Dog Motorcycles Service Center in addition to being the primary contact for all technical support issues and field analysis.
